this conclusion is from what i experienced today...
due to some reasons... there weren't enough seats for the pupils today... therefore they must look for somemore chairs or benches for the pupils... so one person came up to me and told me that there is a need to bring somemore benches... then this somebody was asking me to tell the school attendants to do it... and do you know how old are the school attendants? they are at least 65 already... and they just walked from the canteen to the extension side carrying heavy food... the school extension is about 2 classroom blocks away from the canteen!!! i thought that we were taught that we must respect the old and also cherish them? where have all the values gone to? and this actually came from a parent!!! now i understand why the kids nowadays don't respect teachers... i really felt sad for the teachers who once taught the older generations who are parents now...
and i also heard from the school attendant that... some teachers wanted them to help out... meaning they got to do extra chores that are outside their job scope... people who got at least some EQ will buy at least drinks to thank them... so as next time it will be easier to ask them work with you rightz? but most of the teachers NEVER DO such a gesture... hello!!! how much dose a packet of drink cost? a few hundreds? but why are some working so hard for performance bonus? it's only a few packets of drinks... it won't cost you much...
how do we educate the future when some are not setting a good example? here i'm not trying to say that i'm fantastic... i'm learning too! these incidents just made me reflect on myself...11:02 PM
working young adult's life simply sucks! i really hate it... y is it newcomer always get bullied? y? i want to leave tt school!!! i want to go NIE NOW NOW NOW!!!
a newcomer really got no say... no position in school... y is it so? i'm also a teacher... doing full load as wat other teachers are doing... i was told that contract teachers actually need to do only 3/4 of the full work load... and y is my timetable so packed? i only got at most 1 hr of break one day... wed is the worst manz... i only got a miserable half an hr break!!!
and we contract teachers are picking up all those shit that those so-called permanent teachers dun want to do... wth!!! i simply felt injustified!!!
i'm truly angry today... i purposely went school every sat to work as 'doorgal'... help the guzheng pupils to open their classroom... stay back 'til the guzheng pupils go back... and i got NO recognition...
i guess one day i'll just pretend to b sick then they will know my importance...
2day the guzheng ensemble was celebrating their lst anniversary... i'm one of their teacher ic too... but i dun feel belonged to this cca AT ALL... that is so bloody pathetic! i felt more like a school attendant instead... help them remove the drinks' packages... come on! if the pupils want to drink... they can do it THEMSELVES! is there a need to spoonfeed them 'til litdat??? how difficult can it be to remove the drnks' packages? did anyone offer me drink aft that? the answer is of course... NOBODY!!!
not as if i did not do the preparation for this whole event... i did the invitation... designed til late late at night... and no one knows... poeple juz thought it's the other bloody old teacher did everything...
