i had presentation dry run in afternoon. and the handprint was one of the props. i thought it was funny so i put it right on my face, and my classmate said i can go take part in wo cai wo cai wo cai cai cai. haha. because there was a 巴掌脸 (palm-sized face) competition. i take that as compliment. haha.

two instances today which i thought were quite funny.

i just had dinner at the hawker centre near my place. then i suddenly heard "kee carpark lai liao" (for those who dont know, "kee carpark" is referring to summons, okay! ), followed by a series of echoing. i didnt know singaporeans can be so united when it comes to this. haha. i was pretty amazed by it because i always hear people saying singaporeans are a bunch of selfish people. alright, they had proved me wrongly this time.

earlier on, i had to go school myself because papa bear had to go to school freak early today. and the crowd to school was damn bad. everywhere was crowded, and i hate it!

anyway, when i reached school, i went ahead to take the lift up to my class. it was damn crowded at the lift. when the lift came, everyone tried to squeeze into the damn lift. yes, everyone managed to squeeze in BUT it was overloaded. and the lift door refused to close. everyone was actually waiting for someone to move out of the lift. my classmate was rather pissed off so he decided to say, "the door cant close!" then those standing right at the door decided to go out and wait for the next lift.

excuse me! all of us are teachers-to-be man! i thought that was quite dumb. why cant those standing at the door just moved first instead of wanting someone to finally say that the door cant close. tsk tsk! this somehow showed how smart we teachers can be at times! *bang head!*

oh man! i was really dead asleep just now man! tremors from the indonesia earthquake (measuring 7.9 ritchie scale) were being felt almost everywhere in singapore just now. i got to know this when my auntie staying in boon lay called. haha. later followed by another cousin staying in beach road called to inform. then a friend text me and she is staying in circuit road.

conclusion, i was very dead asleep just now. haha.

i was out with yee jia today. we went to vivocity. didnt do anything much, had lunch at thai express (yummy!), then watched 'no reservations' by catherine zeta jones. it was a okay show la. it was just a normal love story you would expect. haha. but i had fun going out with yee jia. (: sometimes it's not the thing you do that matters, the companion matters more. like today, we didnt do anything much but it was fun! haha.

anyway, we went over to papa bear's place to see trevor (new puppy husky). then off for supper at hongkong cafe.

okay, i was approached by an old friend of mine to do a short film for his school. i got the script earlier on. (: frankly speaking, i got no experience in acting before. i just hope that i wont screw them up. haha... but i guess its going to be an interesting experience. i am actually looking forward to the end product. haha... just wait and see!

and my tutee also did something really sweet. i had tuition with him earlier on, and he made me a cup of tea as teachers day present. he told me that it was his first time making tea. i was really touched. he is so cute la! haha...
